An individual was injured following a residential fire at 2705 Marion Avenue in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx today.
Their condition remains unclear, but according to some residents, one person was seen on a stretcher outside the building receiving oxygen before getting up and walking away from the scene.
According to fire officials, the blaze was brought under control at 2:01 p.m., and fire marshals are currently investigating its cause.
